With over fifteen years experience in talent acquisition, people development, and marketing communications, Louise has worked with a wide spectrum of talents from various professions, occupations, nationalities, life stage, personalities, motivation and aspiration.
Louise founded Thallo Partners to spread the word of lifelong learning. She thrives in developing talent who are from Generation X, Generation Y and new millennials, planning for their next stage in life. Previously, Louise worked in executive search and global staffing in the pan-Asia region. Having built the workforce of growing multi-national companies and conglomerates, Louise has intimate knowledge of the life science industry, as well as consumer businesses. Her previous clients include AB Mauri, Bacardi, Coach, General Electric, GlaxoSmithKline, HSBC, Kodak, Nestle, Novartis, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Procter & Gamble, Sanofi, WL Gore and counting. Often, she acted as Employer Brand Ambassador to her esteemed corporate clients to boost their efforts in talent acquisition and attraction.
Louise’ early career was in marketing communications. She was an Assistant Theatre Manager with the then newly re-built Orchard Cineplex in Singapore, a subsidiary of Cathay Organisation. She then joined the Singapore Dance Theatre (SDT), a non-profit professional dance company supported by the Singapore government. During her tenure as the Marketing Communications Executive, she was instrumental in raising the public profile of SDT. At the time, SDT made its first foray into international media including CNBC Asia, Dance Magazine and Financial Times.

A Singaporean by birth, she has worked and lived in Australia, China, France, Malaysia. Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese, Louise speaks basic French and Bahasa Indonesia.
